GH Catering School is a cookery, hospitality and event oriented training institution established under the GH SCHOOLS brand which is approved by the Ghana Education Service-Technical Exams Unit and under the Commission for Technical and Vocational education and Training (CTVET). It is the fourth school established in 2021 with the objective to educate and train leaners with exceptional skills to be competitive in the catering and hospitality industry. 

Courses offered: Food Production, Pastry Production, Cake Production, Beverage Production, Event Management and Hotel Management. The course structure has been designed in a manner that projects a focus area for every semester which ranges from cookery and pastries preparation, cookery and cakes (sugar craft), cookery and beverages, balloon and floral decoration, event decoration etc. 

The catering school has attracted a team of well experienced and well exposed facilitators who are dedicated to produce well equipped students in their chosen field of study.
